One row per check-in or check-out for each van group. The day window is UTC midnight to UTC midnight — a late-evening check-in lands on the next UTC day.

• 01Pick the group, the timestamp, and the head-count who showed up.
• 02We auto-flag latewhen head-count falls below the group’s seeded capacity.
• 03Refresh — entries persist server-side and the summary tile updates from the latest log.
